Our doctors go through several complicated and exacting processes to determine the best eyewear prescription for your unique visual situation. The prescription is then given to our Frame and Lens Expert and analyzed so that the best possible lens, coatings and frame materials are chosen to maximize the performance and comfort of the eyewear.
Next, our Frame and Lens Expert will take several measurements to make certain that lens optical centers, bifocal placement, and edge thickness are all exactly as they should be for the best possible performance of the prescription and cosmetic enhancement of the glasses.
Finally, when the finished product is received from the lab, our experts will diligently test your eyewear to certify that they are exactly as ordered and will certify that they meet or exceed all American Nation Standard Institute (ANSI) guidelines for prescription accuracy and material integrity. We guarantee that you will receive what we prescribe so you never have to worry if the prescription is right!

Our commitment to your quality of life does not stop the day you pick up your eyewear purchased from us. As with anything that you depend on daily for work or pleasure, your eyewear may need periodic adjustments and repairs. As our patients, we’re happy to provide these services to you for Life! If for any reason your glasses seem to need an adjustment, please stop by at your convenience and we will be happy to service them at no charge.
We know that you depend on your glasses to maintain your desired quality of life. This includes how you see as well as how you look. If you are not happy with the fit, comfort, style, or color of your eyewear, we will be happy to change them for you. If FOR ANY REASON within first 30 days of picking up your eyewear, you are not happy with your eyewear, please bring them back to us and we will change them to meet your expectations.
