Payment Options / Insurance

For your convenience we offer multiple forms of payment options. For the noninsurance covered portion of your services, we do expect payment in full at the time services are rendered or products ordered. We accept cash, most major credit cards, and use telecheck verification system. We offer a 20% discount when paying at the time of service for examinations in which we are not billing insurance.

We accept VSP, Davis Vision, Cigna and Aetna routine vision care plans for your “well eye” checks. We offer the convenience of filing your “well eye” benefits for most plans directly through our insurance department. We also are medical providers under Medicare, BlueCross/Blue Shield CareFirst, Aetna, and Cigna healthcare plans for you “sick eye” visits. We use a third party billing company called DOCTOR’S CHOICE to file and collect our claims under your medical plans.
